SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to SMS messages from Austin Morgan (International Business Associates). By separately opting in, you agree to receive text messages at the number you provide under the terms below.
Program and message types
Messages relate to business brokerage inquiries, appointment reminders, and related follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Optional consent
Consent is obtained before sending program messages. On the website, you opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the contact form with a mobile number. The box is not pre-checked. Providing a number without checking the box does not authorize SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit an inquiry without opting in.
Opt-in confirmation
After enrollment, the confirmation message will identify Austin Morgan (International Business Associates), explain that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages from this program. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
